Jurong Bird Park
Experience Africa right in Singapore with a visit to Jurong Bird Park, which has the world's largest walk-in aviary and over 1,500 free-flying birds native to Africa. The park is spread out over 50 acres and has a number of exciting exhibits that include: Pelican Cove, Flamingo Lake, World of Darkness – a nocturnal bird house, African Wetlands, Lorry Loft, the world's largest flying aviary, etc. Catch The Birds of Prey Show featuring majestic eagles, falcons and hawks and the Bird n Buddies Show, which features birds who talk, sing, dance and even count in several languages! Needless to say, the attractions are varied and often picturesque, with a Panorail that transports you easily around the park. If you buy a small container of syrup, the birds will literally eat out of your hands. The park is well connected by MRT and bus and one of the must-see attractions on any visit to Singapore.
