Follow the winding trails of Belarus' Bialowieza Forest, the last remaining track of ancient primeval forest that once spread across much of Europe. Running along the border with Poland, this protected biosphere reserve represents a link to the past where you can witness a wide range of wildlife including elk, konik and wisent, which are a close cousin to the America Bison. The Belarus side of this UNESCO-listed reserve is by far the less touristy and represents the perfect opportunity to "get off the beaten track" and explore a place that represents European nature at its best.
