As perhaps the most amazing - and longest-running - construction site in the world, Spain's Sagrada Familia redefines the term - "a labor of love". Begun in 1882 by famous Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí, the cathedral just reached the half way point of construction in 2010. Many question whether the amazing structure will ever be completed despite an estimated completion date of 2026. But regardless of this, it has still been recognized by both the Pope and UNESCO as a work of art. If you're in Barcelona, it's a must.
