Paraguay Quick Travel Guide
With a travel rating of 48%, Paraguay is something of an undiscovered country to many international PlanetHoppers! While this may be daunting to some, to others it will provide a virtually empty canvas upon which you can write your own adventure far away from the all too common tourist traps of the modern world. When it comes to things to see and do, the one that stands about above the rest are the amazing Jesuitical Ruins of Trinidad. It was here that members of the Jesuit faith braved the wilds of South America to forge a new life for themselves. While somewhat weathered by time, the care with which it was created is still evident now, centuries later. Then after taking your prerequisite dose of history, you can continue down the road to visit Parque National San Rafael and Mbaracayu Biosphere Reserve, both of which provide an excellent opportunity to observe a variety of flora and fauna unique to South America. But perhaps the best thing is the fact that you'll have more than half a chance to do so without sighting another PlanetHopper! the entire time.
